Our work has been recognized inside and outside of Somalia. In 1982 the Ministry of Public Works and Housing gave Deeqa Construction the license for civil construction, private and public tender. In 1989 Ministry of Public Works and Housing gave Deeqa Construction the license to participate in construction at the highest level.

After the collapse of the central government of Somalia we focused our attention on humanitarian missions. One of our greatest achievements was the drilling of wells. We drilled new wells as deep as 500 meters, a depth at which the previous government failed to drill. As of this date, we have drilled 34 new wells and rehabilitated 36 wells. We also built hospitals and worked with humanitarian organizations such as the (ADRA) Adventist Development and Relief Agency, World Food Programme, ICRC and J. V. Finco to fight against tuberculosis. There is one thing you will not hear in Africa, "guarantee or your money back." Well we have broken that trend and guarantee our work.
