Hereby we highly recommend the excellent service, construction and drilling works from DEEQA Drilling and Construction Co. in Mogadishu, Somalia with its director Mr. Abdulkadir M. Nur (Eno). He has been the contractor for ADRA since 1992 for many different projects. Mr. Nur is a very reliable

contractor with a high standard on business ethics. He has completed all of our contracts to our fill satisfaction, which included drilling and rehabilitation of more than 60 deep borehole wells between 100 - 335 m.

ICRC

This letter is to confirm that Mr. Abduldir Mohamed Nur worked as a contractor for the International Committee of the Red Cross between 1991 and 1993 in Mogadishu, Somalia. His main activities involved the conversion of a prison into a war surgical hospital (Keysaney) and the off loading and transport of approximately 30,000 metric tons of food to various locations. His commitment, energy and strength in achieving this objective has to be admired and we would recommend his services.
